Psychological Capital (PsyCap) refers to a set of resources a person can use to help improve their performance on the job and their overall success. It includes four different resources-self efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. Research has shown that individuals with high levels PsyCap are able to find ways to thrive in challenging times, generate new innovative ideas, build on the positives, and most importantly are able unify their teams to achieve shared goals.
In this course we will unpack the four constructs of psychological capital. We we will assist you to identifying your levels of psychological capital and show you how you can develop your psychological capital to thrive in turbulent times.
